When I was in the ​beginning of my healing​ journey​, ​I​ was depressed, bulimic and suicidal.

I​ reject​ed​ my body, my emotions, my souls calling, and my true voice.

I was only focused on what was going wrong, that I could not even see what was right. 

I cried out to God and said “if you help me get through this, I will dedicate my life to helping others do the same!”

This was 22 years ago.

I was then guided to dive into my healing.

I peeled back the various layers of my third dimensional suffering. 

I faced my shadows, ancestral depression, active bulimia, debilitating anxiety and eventually began to clear the deeper root to all these vibrational imbalances. 

I began to shift. Like really shift.

I stopped being triggered.

I came out of fight or flight.

I began to see life through a new lens.

I slowly entered a fifth dimensional field of energy and it’s like a whole new world arrived.

I was looking out with the same eyes, in the same body, in the same home, yet now all I could see were solutions (instead of blocks)

I worked through so much darkness and began to feel a connection to the Divine that would completely change my world.

I then turned this deep healing into my life’s work that you see here today.

I didn’t start here.

And I’m not ending here.

This (right now moment) is just a sentence in my story.

And all I can tell you is investing in my self-healing was the best investment I ever made.

The return on investment is life long.
