Hi I'm Sophie! I am the founder of Awaken Collective + a Spiritual Industry Leader.

My mission is simple: Heal the bloodline, heal the planet. I believe that when we do the inner spiritual healing work, we create ripple effects and lift generations forward, contributing to the elevation of global consciousness.

Over the past two decades, I’ve guided thousands through deep spiritual healing work. With over 10,000 hours in one-on-one sessions, a Master’s in Transpersonal Psychology from Sofia University, and a globally recognized Spiritual Life Coach Certification, my work is rooted in both experience and education.

Along the way, I’ve been honored to be named one of Instagram’s Biggest Spiritual Voices, but the real reward is witnessing the lasting transformation that continues long after our work together ends.

My own journey began at rock bottom, crying out for healing and promising that if I could find the light, I would dedicate my life to helping others do the same. That prayer has become a lifelong calling, expressed through the certification, tools, and mentorship I offer today.

At the heart of my work is The 4 R’s Method©, a breakthrough process I developed that moves people through deep healing and into freedom. This method (Recognize, Release, Reprogram, Radiate) helps uncover root wounds, clear stuck energy, reprogram the subconscious, and activate a higher energetic frequency.
